Hospitality Confidential is excited to present a new Full-Time Service Manager position for an upscale, chef-driven Chinese-Mexican fusion restaurant set to open in September 2025. Inspired by early 1900s Chinese immigrants who settled in Mexico, the concept blends bold flavors and rich traditions into a one-of-a-kind dining experience. The restaurant will feature a warm and stylish dining space on the first floor and a bar experience on the second, with a strong focus on exceptional hospitality and service. This role requires FOH leadership experience, OpenTable proficiency, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
• Open and close service
• Problem solve efficiently while adhering to company policies and local regulations
• Maintain updated knowledge of restaurant, food, and bar information to answer all guest and staff questions accurately
• Create a warm and hospitable environment for our guests and team
• Perform personnel actions, such as hiring and terminating staff under direction and support of Executive Team, providing employee orientation and training, and conducting managerial and leadership activities, such as developing training programs, creating work schedules, and organizing employee timesheets
• Collaborate with Executive Team to create SOPs and steps of service for FOH team
• Support with miscellaneous FOH administrative duties such as updating time edits, menu updates, cash log maintenance, EOD reports, and etc.
• Support with FOH inventory duties
• Provide strong leadership to FOH departments under direction of Executive Team
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs
• Support with weekly staff schedules as needed
• Responsible for communicating any maintenance or repair needs requiring external vendors to Executive Team
• Support Executive Team with coordinating routine maintenance and repair issues as needed

Compensation and Benefits:
$80-85k base salary
Vision/Dental/Medical Insurance – Anthem Blue Cross - $250 monthly towards
Meals & Company-wide discounts
You are eligible to accrue two (2) weeks of vacation per year during your employment (10 business days). You may not accumulate more vacation time than accrues in an 18 month period (e.g., 1.5 times the annual rate of accrual). If vacation time is not taken within the 18 months, you will not accrue any additional vacation time until the amount of vacation you have accumulated is brought below the maximum allowable amount.
