Hospitality Confidential is pleased to be conducting a confidential search for a seasoned President to lead a well-established, growth-oriented organization in the hospitality, catering and events services sector. This senior leadership role will drive strategy, operations, and commercial growth across a portfolio of client-facing and service delivery activities.

About the Position 

The President will be responsible for end-to-end operational leadership, commercial performance, and team development across the company. This is a hands-on executive role for a strategic operator who can balance growth initiatives with disciplined execution and build scalable systems to support continued expansion.

Skills & Requirements

• Bring 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience, strong financial and operational acumen, and a passion for leading teams toward shared success in hospitality, events, catering or comparable service industries.

• Provide overall leadership and strategic oversight across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Service teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.

• Drive business planning, budgeting, and financial performance to achieve revenue, margin, and operational goals.

• Design and implement systems to improve efficiency, communication, and quality across all functions.

• Build and mentor a high-performing team by cultivating trust, collaboration, and continuous development.

• Establish performance metrics, monitor results, and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Identify and pursue opportunities for sustainable growth through partnerships, market expansion, and innovation.

• Ensure excellence in client service and delivery through strong standards, training, and feedback systems.

• Promote a culture rooted in integrity, creativity, and operational excellence that supports both people and performance.

• Serve as a key liaison to ownership and senior stakeholders, communicating priorities and outcomes effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $175,000 – $210,000 + Profit Share
