Position Overview
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, developing the team, and ensuring exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow into a General Manager role in the future.

Key Responsibilities
Support the GM in managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service across all departments.
Lead and inspire the team through hiring, training, coaching, and performance development.
Oversee labor, inventory, and cash handling controls to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
Assist in catering and event execution, ensuring flawless guest experiences.
Uphold high standards of food quality, beverage programs, and kitchen collaboration.
Foster a positive team culture that values collaboration, accountability, and growth.
Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and warmth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Knowledge of financial, labor, and inventory systems.
Background in catering, coffee programs, or scratch kitchens is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
