With significant recent investment in new concepts, facilities, and technology, this property is redefining what elevated dining can look like in an alpine setting.
This is not a typical F&B leadership role. It’s a chance to reimagine systems, inspire teams, and set new standards for hospitality excellence in a fast-paced, multi-venue environment. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with operational expertise, leading with equal parts precision and passion.
About the Position
The General Manager will oversee multiple distinct dining venues within a high-volume mountain village environment - each with its own identity, service style, and guest experience. From lively social spaces to refined dining rooms and private club settings, this role demands a leader capable of harmonizing culture, consistency, and creativity across all outlets.
You’ll partner closely with culinary and operations leadership to ensure that every aspect of the guest experience is executed at the highest level. Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-unit food & beverage leadership, preferably in a resort or high-volume fine dining setting.
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple full-service food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team focused on professionalism, growth, and guest satisfaction.
- Drive a culture of accountability and excellence, fostering collaboration and communication across all departments.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, payroll, inventory management, and cost control.
- Maintain rigorous standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all health and service regulations.
- Partner with culinary and operations leadership to elevate menus, streamline systems, and enhance service execution.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify efficiencies, improve workflows, and maximize profitability.
- Build and sustain a workplace culture that values creativity, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the property’s hospitality vision with integrity, professionalism, and passion for guest experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 DOE
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Unlimited PTO
