Our client is a recognized, fast-growing restaurant and bar concept that is the ultimate sports watching entertainment experience! Their highly curated sports programming covers all sports, from collegiate to professional to international, big events and prize fights, even emerging, obscure, and outrageous sports! Here, every seat is the best seat, with a centralized “stadium” screen, surrounded by hundreds of screens, providing the ultimate 360-degree viewing experience. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operating Partner to join the team. The Operating Partner will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team management. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance and profitability
- Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house employees
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Monitor and control operational costs and expenses
- Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying variances and taking corrective action as needed
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Foster a positive work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service and leaves with a memorable dining experience
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and suppliers
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and feedback
Required Skills/Ability:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
Physical Demands:
- Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs required
- Repeated lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs cases of liquor, glasses, trash cans mopping and sweeping
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
- Ability to be on your feet for 10 – 12 hours a shift
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
- Ability to manage a diverse work environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55K Base Salary + 7% bonus of EBITDA monthly
- All-in compensation has the potential to range from $100K-$300K annually depending on performance
- Operating Partners will have the opportunity to take part in an ownership program which will include an initial financial investment

- 401K eligibility after 1 year of employment (The company matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%)
